Mike + Ally

The New York design firm Mike + Ally creates and manufactures ‘jewelry’ pieces for the home environment. Their products can be found in the home accessories, bath, boudoir and tabletop markets. Each article is made from cast pewter, 14k gold or silver electroplate. The design process is not complete until their signature hand enamel is meticulously applied in their New York City studio.

Unlike other teens, Ally knew at an early age the direction she would be heading. She was accepted to Washington University Fine Arts School & studied metalsmithing under the tutelage of master Scandinavian craftsman; Heiki Seppa.

She spent most of this period perfecting abstract and technical design. After receiving her BFA in metal, Ally launched her career at Cartier Jewelers. Soon after, she developed a reputation as a model-maker in the accessory industry. It didn’t take long to establish her own boutique design firm in 1991.

Over the years, Mike & Ally has developed a loyal and exclusive following. Their napkin rings adorn Elton John’s dining room, their candles grace the home of Natalie Cole, their bath accessories fill the palaces of the Saudi Royal family, their giftware has been given as presents by Michael Jackson & their picture frames can be found in the home of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver.

Whether for a Leer Jet, private yacht or simply a customers home - Mike + Ally has established itself as the preeminent bath accessory designer.
